HM: If you could change or improve anything about the industry what would that be?

TH: Ageism against women. It is starting to change a little, but there is still a massive percentage of roles that realistically should go to someone older that instead go to someone younger. There is a change happening with diversity, and hopefully pay equality for women will be improving. At least there's a light on the issue now, but I feel that women still struggle with ageism a lot. I'm clearly getting to the age where it's

HM: Now, Keith you were one of our favorite "boyfriends" on the hit series, Half and Half. What was your experience like on that show?

KR: From what I remember because it was a long time ago it was a lot of fun.

HM: Are you still in contact with any of the cast members?

KR: I bump into them from time to time around LA.

HM: What do you think of the resurgence of popular shows from the early 90's returning to television? And if you could revive one, which show would it be?

KR: I think it's awesome. I would love to see a remake of "A different world".
